Cendrillon – Fine Art Print
Cendrillon was one of those rare moments that almost slipped by. The tiniest mushroom—smaller than my little finger—was perched atop a tree stump, barely noticeable at first. But once I spotted it, I knew there was something special in its shape.
The delicate underside of the mushroom reminded me of a flowing dress, which inspired the name Cendrillon—the French name for Cinderella. To bring the full subject into focus while maintaining a dreamy, soft background, I carefully captured about 70 focus-bracketed images and blended them together to create the final piece.
This photograph is a tribute to the quiet details in nature that often go unseen—and the magic that reveals itself when we take the time to look closer.
